vintage original Alky chair Giancarlo Piretti 70's (perfect early edition)

Early production of the Alky chair by Anonima Castelli. Giancarlo Piretti is born in 1940 in Bologna Italy. He teaches interior design at the Art institute in Bologna. After that he becomes the head of development at Anonima Castelli where he designs chairs and furniture systems. Known for the famous folding chair Plia and Alky chair. Later Artifort took over the production of Castelli of the Alky chair.

The Alky Chair is a highly regarded design chair created by the Italian furniture company Anonimo Castelli and designed by Giancarlo Pirett. Piretti was a prominent designer known for his innovative furniture designs that were both functional and visually striking.

The Alky Chair is characterized by its minimalist and sleek design, which combines a lightweight aluminum frame with a comfortable seat and backrest made of fabric.

The chair, fabric and foam is in mint condition. The only minor flaw is that the right side doesn't rest totally on the ground. Once you sit or put the chair on a carpet it wont be visible.
